Healthy Habits Challenge Rules:

~1 month
~7 points possible a day
~Keep track of points each day and update them weekly...

Points Possible Each Day
1pt 5 daily servings of veggies or fruit
1pt for staying on your food plan
1pt keep daily food journal
1pt drink 64oz of water
1pt 30 minutes exercise
1pt at least 6 hours of sleep
1pt keeping your individual goal (can be anything you want to make a habit of)

~One free day a week (you cant log more that 42 points a week)

10 bucks gets you into the contest... It all goes into the Jackpot. (please note that there is an additional .69 cent fee that covers the paypal fee)

The current contest begins Monday, October the 20th and ends Sunday night... November the 16th.  It ends the week of Thanksgiving.
